The stunningly upgraded kitchen includes both a butler's pantry and a pastry pantry with marble brought over from Paris by the Levys. The finished attic features a wet bar, and the finished basement provides additional storage areas. A garage, shop, garden room, pergola, and koi pond reside in the back yard. The property, certified a wildlife habitat through The National Wildlife Federation, is home to many old trees, California native plants, and a medicinal garden. The Henry Levy House received historical designation in 1982. Its original blueprints have been framed and will be given to its lucky new owners.
